Track Your Order
Option 1: Check Your Account
1. Go to My Account
2. Log in with your email and password
3. Click “Orders”
4. Find your order and click “View”
5. Your tracking number appears under “Shipping Details”
Option 2: Check Your Email
When your order ships, we send you an email with:
Order number
Tracking number
Estimated delivery date
Direct link to USPS tracking page
Simply click the tracking link in the email.
Option 3: Track on USPS.com
1. Go to USPS Tracking
2. Enter your tracking number
3. Check real-time updates on your package’s location and delivery date
Understanding Tracking Status
In Transit
Your package is on its way. It will move through USPS sorting facilities and is progressing toward delivery.
Out for Delivery
Your package is on a delivery truck and should arrive today. Check back later or keep an eye out for your mail carrier.
Delivered
Your package has been delivered! If you don’t see it, check with family members, check around your mailbox/porch, or contact USPS if delivery is marked but package isn’t found.
Delivery Attempted
The carrier tried to deliver but couldn’t. Check the details—they may need a signature, or there may be access issues. USPS will typically try again the next business day, or you can pick up at your local post office.
Processing Time
Before Tracking Appears
New orders typically ship within 24 hours. For 12-24 hours after purchase, tracking may not be immediately available. Once we process and ship your order, tracking will update automatically in your account and via email.
What If Tracking Shows Delivered But I Haven’t Received It?
1. Check everywhere – Look around your mailbox, porch, side door, and with neighbors
2. Wait 24 hours – Tracking can update slightly before physical delivery
3. Check USPS details – Sometimes it shows “front porch” or other location details
4. Contact USPS – Call your local post office if marked delivered but missing
5. Contact us – Reach out immediately with photos and tracking number. We’ll file a claim and resolve it.
What If My Tracking Stops Updating?
USPS tracking updates at each sorting facility and delivery attempt, but not always in realtime.
If your package hasn’t updated in 3+ days:
1. Contact your local USPS post office
2. Let us know – we’ll investigate with USPS on our end
Signature Required Orders
Orders over $100 ship with signature confirmation. The recipient (or someone at the delivery address) must sign for the package. The carrier will leave a notice if no one is home.
Check your tracking for pickup instructions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:
1. Document everything – Take photos if damaged
2. Don’t refuse delivery – Accept the package and document the condition
3. Contact us immediately – Email orders@southcountycards.com with tracking number and photos
4. We’ll file a claim – We handle USPS claims and will replace or refund your order
